Just like other vacancy of uttar pradesh finally recruitment process of UP Police SI recruitment 2011 moved to court. Court has given there stay on recruitment process of Up Police sub Inspector vacancy 2013. UP Police Recruitment and promotion board published a Press notification regarding the postponed notification UP police SI PET 2013. As we know Sub inspector / PAC SI physical efficiency was scheduled to held on 10 July and 11 July 2013 .high court Allahabad given there stay on 9 July 2013 before the one day of the PET.
HC Allahabad Court Stay judgment / Decision as are follows
^As a similar matter is already fixed for 11.7.2013, list this petition on 11.7.2013 along with the record of Writ Petition No. 17372 of 2013.
It is urged that the rules of game cannot be altered midway. the argument need consideration. Accordingly, till the next date, the respondents are restrained from proceeding further on the basis of relaxed rules.**
State government of UP / police Department will submit there replies on this recruitment on new court Date 11 July 2013. Government will only publish the new date when court will give there decision on the matter. New physical Exam date and schedule will be available on the official website of Up Police.
Writ petioner Rajesh said that government has no right to change the rule of recruitment during recruitment process and this is illegal.
Hope so court decision will be out shortly.
