Just Like other teacher recruitment in various states, finally Shiksha Sahayak (education Assistant) is now moved in court. Few candidates filed a writ petition in High court of Rajasthan regarding recruitment process of Education Assistant. So HC Rajasthan now had given Stay on shiksha vacancy. Court had given stay on result declaration and merit list preparation. So results and merit list will be only out when Court will give order to government. This vacancy facing problem in court regarding recruitment process / selection procedure which will be based on the Bonus marks.

अरोड़ा की याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान दिए।
कोर्ट ने पशुपालन विभाग में बरसों तक अस्थाई तौर
पर टेलीफोन ऑपरेटर के तौर पर काम करने वाले
कर्मचारी को नियमित करने की मांग करने पर हटाने
पर प्रमुख सचिव पशुपालन को हाजिर होकर बताने
को कहा था कि प्रार्थी को किस नियम के तहत
संविदा पर रखा गया था? प्रमुख सचिव पशुपालन
मुकेश शर्मा ने कोर्ट में उपस्थित होकर
बताया कि वित्त विभाग से ऑफिस खर्चे की मद
में बजट स्वीकृत हुआ था व इसी मद में से
प्रार्थी को रखा गया था।
तो क्यों न अपनाएं गंभीर रूख
जवाब से असंतुष्ट कोर्ट ने कहा है कि वित्त
विभाग ने उस नियम का हवाला नहीं दिया है जिसके
तहत उक्त व्यवस्था की जा सकती हो।
यदि ऑफिस खर्च की मद में बजट स्वीकृत
था तो भी नियमों के तहत इस मद में से
संविदाकर्मी की नियुक्ति नहीं हो सकती। ऎसे में
जिस प्रकार वित्त विभाग
संविदा नियुक्तियों को मंजूरी दे रहा है उस पर कोर्ट
को गंभीर रूख अपनाना पड़ेगा। इसलिए प्रमुख वित्त
सचिव से यह जानना जरूरी है कि क्यों न नियम
विरूद्व जारी किए गए संविदा नियुक्तियों के आदेश
व निर्देश आदि को निरस्त कर दिए जाएं ? कोर्ट ने
प्रमुख वित्त सचिव को प्रमुख सचिव पशुपालन
की मदद लेने को कहा है। मामले में अगली सुनवाई
16 अगस्त को होगी।
