Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher merit RTET Cancellation News 2011 High court

Rajasthan high court is now given a very shocking decision on RTET 2013 and 3rd grade teacher recruitment in state of Rajasthan. High Court Rajasthan now clarified in their latest decision / judgment order that those candidates who hold less then 60% marks in Rajasthan TET are not eligible for teacher posts and they will consider failed in RTET exam 2011 and 2012. so latest news is that now a news teacher recruitment list will be prepared for the recruitment of the 3rd grade teachers.
Jaipur Rajasthan High court order to cancel the rtet 2011 results and prepared a new merit for Rajasthan grade 3 teachers. This is a problematic news for such candidates who are selected for Grade 3 teachers and have less then marks in rtet 2011.only reserved category candidates will be affected from this decision. State government given relaxation RTET qualifying marks but court said this is illegal on the basis of NCTE guideline. So mostly writ petition on this matter has been disposed.
Court said relaxation in qualifying marks from 10 to 20 % is totally wrong. NCTE guideline said that each candidates are required to at least 60% marks in TET for being a teacher in government Schools.
Government also said that 5% relaxation was given to reserved category candidates in qualifying examination for participating RTET exam instead of qualifying marks of RTET. So there are no such types of provision of age relaxation in TET exam.
Due to RTET 2011 court case, RTET 2012 results are also pending. This exam was held on 9 September 2013. Around 5.25 lakh candidates participated in this exam. if government challenge this decision in supreme court then RTET 2012 will be pended. Approximately 30000 teacher recruitment will be also proposed on the basis of RTET 2012.

My Mrs. having 57% marks in RTET and selected and joined as 2nd Grade Teacher. Being a lady and also SC candidate, she was allowed 5% relaxation in RTET. Whetherthe State Government will cancel RTET result of my wife consequent upon receipt of high court decision dated 2 July 2013

Less than 60% marks means you are not qualified for it so you are not eligible you can join schools run by leaders in their personal capacitance.
