I dont think you can apply for specialist category as your qualification doesn't fit in the list specified ..you could rather apply for Generalist category ..do you have any idea regarding the technical paper ?

Also, while filling the online form they didn't asked about the discipline. So, now I am totally confused. How NICL is supposed to differentiate candidates for the IT and Engineering discipline.
