Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited BSNL today conducted a combined
competitive India level written Exam for
the recruitment of telecom technical assist TTA for various Telecom circle. This
exam was held for the Appointment of TTA in Secondary switching Area SSA. After
the selection these bsnl tta will be appoints in the IDA pay scale of ra 13600 –
25420 with annual increment at 3% of basic pa + other allowance admissible.
BSNL held TTA written Exam on July 2016 at all over Indian.
Exam was held at SSA level and merit will be also prepared on concerning SSA
level. There was only one Question paper in TTA examination. Question of
Telecom transmission Assistant was contains MCQ type questions. Total 3 hours
had given for solving question paper. Exam
was started from 10 am and finished at 1 pm.
Those candidates who participated in this examination told
us question paper of tta exam contains three sections
Part 1 general ability Test, part 2 basic engineering and
part 3 was related to specialization subjects. Questions of 20 marks were asked
from general ability, 90 marks for basic engineering, and 90 marks from specialization.
Question paper stander was average engineering level. Question
was asked from the stander of the diploma level of Indian polytechnic in engineering
streams.
Minimum Qualifying marks
/ passing marks / cutoff marks for BSNL TTA Exam 2015
BSNL pre fixed the Qualifying cutoff marks for Telecom assistant
posts. Qualifying cutoff marks for various categories of posts as are follows
40% for the General category
33% for the candidates of SC / ST / OBC / and PH categories.

The real Fact is that Diploma in Hardware people have filed a case against bsnl as they were not considered for recuitement in kerala while in some states they were considered ...now its in court. Hence now bsnl wil not publishing any of the states result till d case is over !!!!!!!

Firstly,If u do an analysis then mainly the competition is at its peak in Hindi speaking territory(don't get me wrong that i am talking regionalism) for any government sector job. In UP EAST circle(KANPUR SSA) the topper would have got above 150 and cut off would have been 130+ as i already posted in previous post and u can check from the result now it is evident.as i got 140 around and my rank is 3rd
Secondly, Who wants to go to kashmir and spent their 5 years in curfews ! Yes it would have been good if they would have declared the results along with marks.

cut offs can be as low as 80 for general category and if no one gets atleast this much then status is nill qualified. There is no upper limit of cutoff, merit list is prepared depending on relative performance of candidates who applied for a particular ssa

South indian states are taking a lot of time publishing the results. Bihar and gujarat results were published way back in month of aug- sep.4 months is too much, IES published the written exam result in november but bsnl taking too much time.
northern state relese there results .. i think now this months quta is finished .. southern state .. andra , karnataka , kerala , madras result will publish at the last week of this month only

Good thing with kerela tta notification was that Vacancies were evenly distributed for almost all SSA'S and were in large no. but the sad part is that they are taking a lot of time to publish the results that is adding on the anxiety with each passing day. I just hope every one from kerela who is posting their comments here succeds in this exam.
