Uttarakhand BTC 2253 Primary Teacher Recruitment Court case news 2013

Just like other states like uttar pradesh, Bihar and Gujarat; Uttarakhand also facing problem in recruitment process of primary teacher in court before the completion of the vacancy. This trend is also following in matter of 2253 primary teacher recruitment of Uttarakhand. UK high court now publishes most important order on Primary teacher vacancy of Uttarakhand published for BTC / VBTC (Vishist BTC) qualified candidates of Uttarakhand. According to latest news published leading news paper Amar Ujala of nainital edition 11 June published that High court Uttarakhand Now removed the ban from the recruitment of 2253 teacher of Uttarakhand. After removing ban now everything has been clear with this vacancy. So its expectation that recruitment process will be initiated shortly. This case was pending since a long time that’s why all process of teacher recruitment was stopped. Court has given there Judgment order / decision on Monday 10 June 2013. yesterday government advocate said that after starting of the recruitment process that no buddy have right to challenged it in court . Actually matter was related to home districts. According to notification this was mandatory to apply from Training districts this rule is also applicable in selection for BTC training. Up teacher service rule 1981 was followed in this vacancy.
After resolving matter now it seems that appointment of teacher will be done without more delay.
