Department of primary education Rajasthan Bikaner now published the advertisement (Notification no 2 ) for the recruitment of 33689 Shiksha Sahayak / शिक्षा सहायक recruitment 2013. These education assistant will be directly appointed under the Rajasthan shiksha Sahayak service rule 2013. Posts of shiksha Sahayak will be district cadre. Application form now invited online. All eligible candidates who hold the eligibility criteria for shiksha Sahayak they can fill an online application form 3 June 2013.
How to Apply: application form will be filled via Online Application form. Candidates can fill online application form of shiksha Sahayak by the help of CSC. For helping CSC will charge rs 40 for form submission. These posts are district cadre so candidates are advised to fill application form district wise. For example if you want to participate in more then one district then you have to submit more then one application form. Merit list will be also prepared district wise.
Application form Fee : rs 275 for General And obc candidates for SC st form fee will be 175 for PWD and TSP SC ST form fee will be res 75.

Salary : rs 5850 per month during two year of probation period. After that salary will be pay scale 5200 – 20200 Grade Pay 1800
Eligibility Criteria for Shiksha Sahayak as are follows
Age limit: 18 to 35 year as on 1 January 2014
Last Date of Application form submission: 2 July 2013
Application form fee submission last date : 1 July 2013 6pm
Selection procedure / base of selection:
Education qualification and Anugrah ank marks
Selection will be based on marks of secondary examination and anugrah marks of experience . 70% marks weightage will be given for secondary examination marks.
Anugrah Mark :
3 year or more then three year : 30 marks
2 year of more then two year; 20 marks
1 year of more then one year : 10 marks
Final merit lists : 70% of Secondary marks + anugrah marks
